Il Forrer (1902-30, II, p. 236) riporta: There are several varieties of playing counters engraved by him, with his initials on obv. and those of his first and second wives, Barbara, and Ursula Geitzkofler. It is quite evident that the medals signed, IG, Tetzel, 1552, and others, are not by this engraver, notwithstanding Nagler's and other writers' attribution.
